I was reminded of it from a thread a while back Where people were posting shite that they thought was annoying or something.

Yet in your op, you wrote as though you didn't know where the term came from. You've apparently noticed the word more than anyone else on the OT, yet you seem to be the only one who hasn't figured it out. As others have said it's used in the stereotypical fashion of what the woman is supposed to make after you give her the sex. Outside of that, it seems the word is always spelled correctly as sandwich.
