Does anybody use this much toothpaste?

Every commercial uses an insane amount of toothpaste on their toothbrush; easily twice the amount I use and I've never noticed a lack of foaming action while brushing-







I get that they're trying to push a product's use, but you don't see Mobil 1 pouring 15 quarts into a honda.

Yes I use that much every time. I know I don't need to but it's just a habit.

That's prophy paste in the last picture for polishing, not toothpaste but yeah the commercial I think just wants you to see the pretty swirls and I don't use that much either. Sometimes I'll add more in the middle of brushing but I don't want to start out with a giant piece.

I hate the taste so I use as little as possible.
