I remember the "yo-yo ball" from the early 80's for idiot kids like me who couldn't do tricks with a regular yoyo.

In 1976-1977 the Duncan yo yo man would actually come to school to do tricks and sell his wares. Riveroaks Elementary represent.

Definitely remember it. So much so, our principal banned them at one point.
Can't remember if hacky sacks were before or after that phase.

Yeah. He is off. You have no idea the level of the advertisements for the Duncan yo-yos in the early 80s. It was NOTHING like the 90s.
