Does 104.9 in BR have the worst signal in the history of radio?

It's got to be embaressing for them. You can be a few blocks away from the station and have a hard time understanding what they say. Today was particularly bad.
I don't understand how they haven't managed to fix this yet.

For me it's clearer in Hammond than it is in BR

It's because their tower is in Jackson, LA, not off of Government...but you already knew this didn't you 
And do you think they don't know this already? It's not like they can just drive to the tower and turn a knob to increase the power.
