Good luck they actually pulled over Bobby Jindal one time in Dodson. They get like 90% of their village budget from tickets, no one likes Dodson. If you let the parish vote, they would give it to Jackson Parish.

I generally avoid Gilbert since I am heading west from there when coming up from BR. (there's a nice cut-through just north of Wisner).
The Wisner cops are always out, same with Sicily Island.

I don't know about reducing it, but use Article 894 to keep it off your record.

Had to Google. I'm sure it's a safety issue. You don't want people blowing through down doing 47 in a 45 with all those people around. Very dangerous.
