Yep, when I lost my virginity to a girl 4 years older than me as a young teen.

What and how much of it do you drink daily?

And how old are you?

Had to stop daily drinking due to meds I take. After about a month I stopped thinking about it.

I used to drink, and the prospect of not drinking seemed as daunting as it seems to you right now. But, after eight months now of not having a drink, I can tell you it's an easy, rewarding lifestyle. That's all my drinking was before, a bad pattern, albeit because I am the type of person to over indulge, but nonetheless, it was just a bad habit.

What exactly is the heart issue? Are you on blood meds or have any other health issues?

I don't enjoy binge drinking anymore, but I still love craft beer, 2 or 3 a day.

But everyone that I've ever known that has made the decision to quit drinking has been VERY happy with their decision, and their lives got better for it.

Get your liver checked for alcoholic fatty liver disease. Stopping drinking is the best thing you can do for your health right now.

It’s all mind over matter. I was a full blown beer alcohol junky. But quit on my own cold Turkey 10 months ago. The first few days were pretty rough but I got through
It and now have zero desire for it. Plus I gained 80 lbs. I’ve never felt better.

Recently got some news that I’ve had to make a few changes to avoid something major down the road.

This will be the first time in my life where I have to take something on a weekly basis. I’ve never been on any meds and I tend to try to avoid them as well.
