Pop Tarts are a great example of ultra processed hyperpalatable food. Probably not harmful every now and then. Just hard to eat only every now and then.

My kids ate them. Yeah they’re not health but they’re a great running out the door snack. Brown cinnamon for the win.

Who else eats around the edges and saves the delicious fruit filling for last?

Snickerdoodle. With Maple Brown Sugar a close second.

Pop Tarts or Toaster Strudels....nothing wrong with them on occasion. Still get them in some MRE's too.
Paul Harrell ate them, good enough for him, more than good enough for any of you.

I never ate the frosted ones as a kid. I only liked the plain strawberry, apple or blueberry ones.
Did you also have enuresis, like to play with fires, and hurt small animals?

As kids we usually ate the budget ones, called breakfast toasters, I think.
I can remember eating both of these as well, they went down well with Tang
