Depends on the trip. Most of our trips lately have been pretty active so not really needed.
If we’re somewhere like the beach, I’ll get up early and go for a run/walk on the beach. Or get in an early swim.
I try to look at it as an opportunity for some good muscle recovery.

I do.
1) I like visiting new gyms
2) I like getting up at 6 when we are at the beach to enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast over looking the Gulf before I lift weights from 6:30-8. Great way to start the day before I start drinking/eating bad things. Cancels out the damage

Gotta get that beach pump baw. The milfs dig it. It’s like white on rice.

Yes- gets the day going and don’t feel as guilty with all the food/booze. No better feeling than an hr at the gym, shower, and a nice breakfast w a mimosa.

Beach runs are the best bruh.
Hop in the ocean after.
Light lunch and nap after that.
Dang life is good.

lol I definitely work out and go for a run. My body can better handle the sun and it makes my days better and I’m more alert.
I love myself, and I love being alert and enjoying every minute of my time off.

lol my life is amazing and I’m not a lazy slob. My days is more clear and enjoyable when I have gone for a quick run and worked out in am. If I don’t then I have found my days and evening to not be as good, more foggy I would say.
I’m also not a fat sob pos, but I do enjoy the post run and work out much more then the pre.

Yes.
SImply because there's no way I could be gone, fully checked out, for an extended period of time.
Also, it allows me to catch-up on important/important to me items and not have a completely FUBAR'd email/Slack when I return.
And I don't look at it as hating yourself, quite the opposite, as it's a form of self-preservation work-wise by not getting too buried and then wondering why I didn't work a little while on vacation so I could've avoided the 2-3 re-entry shitshow.
Lastly, I usually only do the work early in the AM or later at night when not much else is going on, so it doesn't really impact the trip.

I just started doing this. The dad bod is real, and I'm tired of participating in it.
I've become a ninja at leaving the hotel room while everyone is asleep

7 days a week. No exceptions.
Most lifts last around an hour.
It’s a lifestyle. You get used to it.

Usually weights every 2nd or 3rd day but not much else unless a beach volleyball game breaks out or a hike if in mountains.
I enjoy gaining 5lbs on vacation.
