One of my good friends worked for Domino sugar one summer and told me they fill the Domino sugar bags and the Great Value sugar bags with the exact same stuff at the plant he worked. Not even a different batch.

Bought the off brand peanut butter once. Was noticeably different. Will never not buy Jiff again

some cereals are passable, and things like pasta and rice and and grains it's a good savings.

Kirkland (Costco)store brand is as good as name brand in most cases.
