When idling it feels like it’s about to stall out on me but doesn’t. Curious if this is worth trying or if it could do any damage to the engine? Truck has <60k miles on it.

No, but had to replace the fuel injector control module last week. It’s driving ok but just doesn’t feel right in idle

Try a can of seafoam in the gas tank.

I run a bottle of this through mine about every fourth fill up. My truck has 175k miles, though.

Try unhooking the battery so the computer will relearn the idle speed. Google your make and model to see if there is a procedure to relearn idle speed.

I’ve been throwing a bottle of Berryman’s B12 every so often. 2008 F150 with 120k miles. Runs great

I second Berryman's Chem-Tool. I would use a can with half a tank of gas at first. Then run it for 20-30 city miles. Then get on the interstate and put your foot into it and blow it out several times. Some call it an "Italian tune-up".

After it is running better top off your tank and run it out.

wouldnt hurt but odds are you need the fuel filter replaced, no one ever thinks about replacing them every 50k miles

I have a 2004 Mustang GT that I inherited from my dad. It gets probably 3k miles of use per year so I'll put a can of sea foam in there before that first start up each year after it's annual oil change

Not saying Lucas stuff doesn't work but it would throw an O2 sensor code in my 01 expedition. Tried it 2 times same result. Now I have a bottle of stp stuff in my fun car chasing a misfire code. Don't think it's helping.

I put some of the Lucas in my old tractor (diesel) and it runs smoother. The smoke is much less also. I ordered a quart of it the other day and will add it to my equipment.
