The letters "W" and "M" don't really match between Patsy's handwriting sample and the note. I don't think that's definitive (she could have done this intentionally) but any claim that there's a strong match between those handwriting samples seems wrong to me.

yep the brother had problems anyway ( smearing shite all over JBR's stuff) and her constant attention she was getting....

so he got mad and went a little too far

Thanks for info OP. I was living in Colo Spgs when this happened so have always had an interest in the investigation. Hopefully someday justice will be served.

Take it for what it’s worth: incredibly subjective opinion. We’ll never know what happened.

Smits solved the Heather Church case, which was a cold case murder in Colorado Springs. Since I was aware of his accomplishments I felt he had credibility so I prescribed to his intruder theory. Sounds like a lot of people felt like his investigation for the Ramsey's fell short.

Would love to hear Kenda's theories.

That Christmas, we visited a friend in Golden who had lived in Boulder. We saw the local TV coverage and I remember asking my friend to let us know when the case was solved.

By the time we had driven back to Louisiana, the case was all over the TV. More than any other event, that case showed that pictures, videos, and people already in the public eye will get more 'interest' than others, and after a while it stops being news and is just a warped version of entertainment.

That boy don’t look right

He reminds me of one of my neighbors as a kid who used to catch insects and then pull their legs off one by one with a tweezers

I know this is fascinating to a lot of people, but I can not read any of it. I mentioned in a previous thread on the subject that my own daughter looked so much like JonBenet that people in stores would see the tabloid covers and stare at her as though seeing a ghost. I still recall her asking me at age seven, "Daddy, why does everyone look at me?" The thought of losing a child like that disturbed me greatly.
