When it is either known or strongly suspected that some valuable resource can be found there, we will go back.
Or, if we develop some type of weapon that would be best deployed from the moon.

So we explored 100% of the moon and determined it didn’t have shvt? Hell, there’s oceans here and Antarctica that we haven’t fully explored/examined yet.

I believe we will as we get more serious about deeper space exploration. I am not a physicist but it would stand to reason that the lesser gravity would be more ideal for building larger craft...much less escape velocity required from the moon.

I feel like you're arguing when there's no argument to be made.
Of course we didn't explore all of it. But we have some idea of what can be found there. Possibly, there is some rare element that we don't have much use for today, but next year we might have a use for it. Or, based on what we do know, we may determine that it makes sense to go back and look for something that might be there.
Also, my comments disregard anything SpaceX may do. They may decide a base on the moon can be a good thing to aid in getting to mars. Seems like relaunching from less gravity might be beneficial. But what do I know? I operate a nuclear reactor for a living working night shift for the man.

The fact that we have not been there in 51 years is a strong enough statement that we know there isn’t Jack shvt up there. I can easily conclude that we some how excavated and 100% explored a planetary mass object despite having issues doing the same thing in places on earth or it was all bullshvt from the start. I’m going to go with the latter.

Search the word Artemis and get back to us.

Space may be the final frontier but it's made in a Hollywood basement...

NASA is sending a crewed mission to orbit the moon next year, with a landing scheduled for 2025.
Look up the Artemis program.

Yeah, I'm casually familiar with the Artemis program. I sat in a conference with some NASA contractors giving a speech on the program.
One thing this program should dispel is the notion that we do not have the technical knowhow to make it safely through the Van Allen Belt.

Yeah man. After your God Emperor Trump gets elected, the sky will be the limit. Patriots will be in control and Trump himself will captain the ship. Wouldn't be surprised if he makes it all the way to Mars
