No, that was extreme nativity.

Because he doesn’t exist like people think he exists.
Hundreds of people allowed themselves to be burned alive and tortured because of their witness to the resurrection.
Do you know of any other time in history where hundreds of people allowed themselves to be put to death like this over a lie? They clearly witnessed something they themselves were willing to die for.
Food for thought

Who are these hundreds of people who witnessed the resurrection?
Can they tell me if Jesus resurrected from the Holy Sepulchre or the Garden Tomb? Been to both and there’s some disagreement on that in Jerusalem.

Who are these hundreds of people? Is there no possibility they responded merely to hearsay or were misled by intense religious hysteria?
Death surrounds religion and cult figures. Even in the last 50 years or so (in so-called modern times) people like Jim Jones, David Koresh, Marshall Applewhite, and Charles Manson have convinced others to do terrible things, including suicide.
Given the countless number of religions that have been fabricated throughout history and “eyewitness testimony” of everything from ghosts to aliens to angels to Bigfoot, it’s naive for a modern thinker to believe such things.

Have you ever heard of mass hysteria? Or Jonestown?

I can believe there have been freaks of nature that are way out on the far-right tail end of the bell curve of human physical size.
Just like there are people born as hermaphrodites that are neither full male nor full female.
Just like there are people born with deformed arms, legs, heads, etc.
But in statistically significant large numbers at the same time? No.

Not to sidetrack, but wouldn’t asking that question undermine one of the main tenets that God possesses omniscience and knows all events past, present and future and would therefore be unable to “mess up “?
That’s when I have to trust God’s will.

To loosely equate Jesus Christ with Jim Jones is insulting and near blasphemy.

Didn't realize so many people believe in giants. Anyone have any legitimate archeological sources?
People still believe someone is a “legitimate resource” bc the govt determined that they were legitimate??
Mind blowing after decades of sources have been exposed as evil lies.

If the govt cared about future generations then it wouldn’t be trying to kill us with bioweapons, dying in wars they create, and poisoning our food while selling us out to their pedo globalist handlers forming the NWO.
How does every adult not know this??

The guy asked a question:

I provided an answer.
Actually, the people in Jonestown weren't "put to death". They willingly committed suicide for a lie.
How is it in any way blasphemous to state a fact?

Oh, we believe the New York Times now, especially from 1897.

They allowed themselves to burn? Or were murdered?
A story 2000+ yrs ago and the only documents the Bible was written about was basically the Dead Sea scrolls who VERY FAINTLY describes a being ppl proclaim is Jesus. Gee I wonder how many interpretations have been drawn up to write 1200 pages where 95% is made up?
Isn't it a fact if you tell one person a story and they tell the next that over time the story changes so much it’s completely fictional?

Can you imagine how easily someone as charismatic as Jim Jones could have evolved into a messiah figure if a situation like Jonestown had happened 2,000 years ago?
The historical figures we tend to revere the most are the ones who lived before cameras, news outlets, and the Internet were around all the time (if at all) to humanize them and show their fallibility on a daily basis. There’s more mystery to them, and our imaginations make them greater than they probably really were.
We don’t have George Washington on camera making a dumbass statement that one inevitably makes with the daily scrutiny of the modern presidency.
A Jesus figure today would be scrutinized in ways that weren’t remotely possible two millennia ago. There would be interviews with him, his followers, people who knew him growing up. You would have a birth certificate and many other records of his past.
Society still clings to the old myths out of tradition and fear of death, but there’s a reason why we don’t have all these epic miracles in the modern world anymore or the Jesus, Muhammad, or Joseph Smith types running around.
The bullshite is easier to detect.

Except now we have AI generating all kinds of fake shite.
It is really difficult to know what is real and what is bullshite anymore, even for someone like me who has been pretty good at being able to discern fake stuff in the past.

I’ll start with the first 11. I think it was 11/12 of Jesus disciples were martyred. The rest are in other writings you can research.
Who allows themselves to be killed over a lie? Brutal deaths. Not just drink some koolaid and go to sleep.
Look up writings of C.S Lewis, Simon Greenleaf and others. People way smarter than me who sought to prove it all bunk only coming to the conclusion they were wrong.
Either way I respect you as you were made in the image of God.
One day we all bow. It’ll just be a matter of willing or not

I mean all you have to do is study the human body and you can figure out that something way greater than us created them. How could something so complex be created from nothing?or do you believe we actually evolved from apes lol?
