Like LSU's Office of Diversity for instance. Whoever (probably FKing) came up with that abomination needs to be fired. Hey everyone....look at us...we are diverse. I promise, we are very diverse. We are going to get together and celebrate our diversity in public so everyone knows we are diverse especially since the youth seem to want it now so we can keep up and be relevant.
When diversity is promoted, whoever is promoting it tends to go overboard with it.. As to say "hey... look. We have some different people here.. We are just like everyone else who is promoting it..So we just want you to know we are not anti-diversity".. And to some degree I understand that because by not promoting it, perception wise, people will see that as not being diverse...
But I wish they would promote, to the Arabs "we welcome everyone, but you mother frickers need to wear deodorant".

Homogeneous cultures typically are the most peaceful and prosperous.
The global elites recognize this and want to homogenize the world, and they are using forced diversity to do it.
This isn't the reason for forced diversity. The reason is to eliminate whites, which are the biggest obstacle to the global elite world order they desperately want to usher in. Because whites are the demographic most likely to support personal freedom, self sufficiency, firearm ownership, and less reliance on government - can't have any of those things for world control.
It's the same reason why LGBTQIA(@#R*FSF++++ is pushed on us. The point is to create government and authority dependent oppressed minorities from white men.

Just looking at the US.. White people are 77% of the population. No one is trying to eliminate whites.
Its just that other groups of people were held back and I don't have a problem with giving other groups of people opportunity as long as they are qualified.
Wouldn't you rather different groups have opportunities to prosper instead of being held back? If you hold a group back and they are poor and there are lots of problems in those communities then you will be complaining about how "they are living off the government, etc, etc".
I think the idea, more than anything, is to eliminate people from hiring people that are like them.. Which holds other people back.

With the lowest reproduction rates nationally. Whites are increasingly choosing not to bring children into this melting pot full of shite

Diversity is plainly, great. Everyone needs perspective. The world is so much bigger than most people see in their day-to-day lives.
While I agree "forced diversity" can be difficult, a lot of times, it's a necessary friction. The integration of the south in the 50's and 60's is the perfect example.
People generally gravitate to who they identify with. That's why you go to baseball games and see hispanics where almost exclusively Latin player jerseys, or you go to a place like NYC and want to spend your Saturdays with other expats from your undergrad years... it's natural. It's comfortable.
However, your comfort zone is never where the magic happens. I've enjoyed travelling, seeing new cultures, and getting new ideas. There are certain parts of the world where Budhism is the most prevalent religion, and the morality and lack of crime is sky high compared to places in the bible belt.
You don't have to change who you are, but I like the fact diversity opens the spectrum.

It is a broad term and there are many things you can implement diversity to, but for this instance.. let's use New Orleans as an example. I know many of you think its a shite city blah blah blah, but New Orleans is a unique place.
Would it be what it is today if it only allowed Anglo Saxon people? The city is made up of several cultures. Italians, Irish, Africans.... Cajuns which are french people from Quebec and Nova Scotia..
None of those people came to New Orleans for -or to foster- diversity. Diversity was a by-product that created something unique.
LSUJuice's response needs repeating:
quote:
Diversity is good if organic. Forced diversity for the sake of diversity is not, because it diminishes the identity of the individual.
Diversity pushed for its own sake is not a strength, it's a soft form of social eugenics being performed within the framework which is nothing more than a hope chest.

How can diversity not be a good thing?
When it focuses on only one kind of diversity and eschews all others.

You mean the parts that have an almost 100% homogeneous society?
"Morality" and lack of crime have little to do with religion, and everything to do with demographics.
