My three kids post on instagram mostly. They use my phone sometimes I usually troll their accounts without them knowing. I like to stay in the loop. I have amazingly busted my youngest son skipping school and my daughter going to the beach with the bf on a school day. Daddy intuition I guess. Wink wink

Well, I can't say I blame them for ditching a few times being so near the beach. And no doubt 'Daddy's prior experience' probly helps out a bit too.

Greatest part about being a parent to teenagers they think they are slick. Nothing I mean nothing they have tried or done I haven't done in the past. I am just a better communicator with my kids then my parents were.

lol this reminds me of how i found out my sister had lost her virginity. she's 16. i was visiting home over christmas and my mom comes up me and she's like stop mixing your underwear with your sisters clothes. i was like momma i don't even have a change of clothes here my stuff is at the hotel and they were breifs and idon't wear briefs i wear boxers anyway. plus they were too big they were like a 36-38 and im a 30-32.

instantly i had already put 2 and 2 together and just shook my head. my mom is sitting there the whole time like "that's the darnest thing i wonder how they got there u sure it's not yours and i'm like you know what, crap i forgot i did come over earlier and take a shower and change yeah they are mine" trying to take the blame before my mom got around to putting 2 and 2 together.

when my sister got home i was like you owe me dinner and and please use a condom. i made her take me and my fiancee to chioplte

The sex crime lesbo investigator seemed waaaaaay too eager to be judge, jury and executioner. The DNA didn't fit her scenario. Keep digging and digging till you finally land a ho he probably had consensual sex with to nail him.

Not sure if you're too objective about this particular case.

I agree. She was entirely biased & I didn't like her way of twisting everything she could to attempt to make it 'evidence' of guilt, & completely ignoring the many exculpatory facts like the absolutely inaccurate physical description by the supposed 'victims' of the guy who supposedly raped/sexually abused them. ... The DNA 'evidence' was really weak -- only 1 out of 13. And if it can logically & reasonably be explained by the accused, that's definitely reasonable doubt. ... The jury was definitely affected by the police department's overly aggressive, premature declaration of this guy's 'guilt,' & also its tunnel vision in the investigation. No doubt, both the police department & DA's office went that route due to political pressure in re racial factors. Problem is, an innocent (or at least not guilty of rape) guy might've been wrongfully convicted. ... The whole thing was just shady from beginning to end.

The clinching evidence was the GPS tracker in his police car. Most of the women told stories about being driven to out-of-the-way places where he told them to blow him, and he wouldn't take them to jail. When they went back and looked at his GPS tracker, several of those incidents and locations matched up perfectly with his GPS.

He's guilty as frick.

I disagree about the GPS. All that proved was that he was at those respective locations when he stopped the women. It certainly does not prove what happened during those 'stops.' ... This is why body and/or dash cams should be required by all police departments, on all officers, imo. They definitely would be useful to prove/disprove allegations of impropriety.

I've read about this and remember when the story broke. They were waiting for riots to break out because he's white/Asian and all the women were black, the jury was all white. I think some of the claims are sketchy but how did the one woman's DNA get inside his pants? If it was consensual just admit it. He might of got a suspension and lost his girl and reputation but now he's doing life. Some of the women got the description off but the details of the assults were similar. I'd like to see the program you speak of.

I know him personally.

Having said that I still don't know what to believe. He was a different person on steroids.

I've read it was not tested for anything other than simple dna. It was considered partial dna most likely from skin cells. If he pats the girl down he now has dna on his hands. He goes take a piss, tucks his shirt in, or basically just adjusts himself and now the dna is on his pants. Im no dna expert but this what I have read on several different sites investigating this case.

The gps showed that the abandoned school woman was lying. She said they were there for 10 minutes when he raped her outside his back car door when actually the gps showed his car never actually came to a complete stop at all in that area.

Does anyone have a link to a somewhat neutral analysis of the entire case/evidence?

The Wiki page makes the case seem more clear cut than this thread presents

Which ones out of curiousity? I've been watching Murder chose me. That detective from Shreveport seems like a pretty good dude. And murder comes to town. I think another one is A murder to remember (which I can't remember the title lulz). I haven't noticed too much politicizing on those.
