Do you think Daniel Holtzclaw is guilty?

29 year old OKC cop who was given 263 years for allegedly raping 8 women a few years ago. It's really interesting reading about the case. I watched his case on 20/20 on the ID channel and after reading about it I'm not so sure he was guilty.

Read up on it. Only one of the 13 original accusers actually filed a complaint before being approached by investigators.

I followed this case when it broke and I was surprised he got convicted. Most of the "victims" couldn't even identify this dude. One chick said it was a short black dude...Holdzclaw is a jacked up, tall Asian dude if I remember correctly.

It's actually higher than that if you look at the Mayo Clinic studies. Closer to 99%.

I just watched that on ID, and I truly don't know if he's guilty. The detectives running around the slimy parts of OKC rounding up random prostitutes & drug addicts, luring them in to testify against him, putting these stories in their heads seems pretty sketchy to me. I don't think there was enough evidence in that trial for me to convict if I'd been on the jury. ... On the other hand, something just seems kinda off with him, so Idk ... Also, I could be a bit biased against the prostitutes/druggies at the moment since it seems like for the past month or so, ID has been exceptionally overly liberally slanted in their line-up of shows. Kinda pissing me off.

Hahaha, yeah, I hear ya. Only thing I post on there anymore is mostly political crap if I see a good meme or get super pissed about something. My child has forbidden me from posting his pic anymore, so I don't really do that much.
