I grew up in Buras,LA. The levees behind my house were 28ft tall. Can you guess how many ft of water I had in my house for Katrina?

If it's one or the other, that's easy. dig up most of the levees in Louisiana south of Belle Chasse and use the material to help build the wall.

For as much money as the government wastes on frivolous things, we can have both of those and get rid of some pet projects in some shite hole district. Just look at how badly the Baton Rouge government wastes money. You don’t think that is exacerbated 100 fold in the bloated federal government?
