I had 460 hours maxed out at hos in Monroe, Transferred to El Dorado and they would only take 200 and put the rest into major medical. The 460 was redeemable but major med wasn't. Long story short, the hospital in El Dorado stole 260 hours from me. But there wasn't a honest person in the administration and no one with an IQ above 70, so I couldn't get them to understand what they did.

I would take every hour of PTO if it doesn't roll over or cash out. What's the point of maxing out your PTO and still not taking off work? Leaving PTO on the table to expire at the end of the year is just working free days for however many days you don't take off.
I don't take off work now because I don't have PTO, so no work = no pay.

I’ve gotten two reviews done but I’m absolutely procrastinating. But I’ll get them done timely and I’m salary so it doesn’t matter.
I know this is hard for hourly workers to understand

Not only that, he clearly sees himself as superior to this employee and pretty much everyone else for that matter. He says he doesn't mind people using PTO but important work is going undone. Well Mingo, why didn't you, as such an elite captain of industry make adjustments before now to correct the issue if they guy really was behind on important work?
