I really enjoy my alone time.

I enjoy being around people as well and I have a lot of friends but I really am just not a small talk person. I hate listening to meaningless conversation.

One thing I’ve learned from my week of having a wife is she constantly asks what I’m thinking about when I go extended periods without saying anything. And I think I freak her out when I say “nothing” and mean that pretty much every time. Women seemingly can’t shut their minds off. I like my peace and tranquillity.

I like to be around people. If there’s something going on around the house I want to go visit and hang out. I feel like a loner if I choose not to go hang out. However, for sporting events I want to be at my house alone. Football is a definite solo experience. I played college ball and coached high school ball for a number of years. I know too much football to sit with dudes who don’t know shite. It’s extremely aggravating to here some dude shite on a coach for a play call that he can’t even explain. Plus I like my couch, cold beer in the fridge, and the ability to relax and not entertain.

Alone for game days. No doubt.

TD is the only social outlet I need.

It never makes unannounced visits and I can switch it off after I've had my fill.

Thank you TD

You took this sentence right out of my brain.

I can be around people and It’s fine but I do enjoy the isolation and peace and quiet

Movies or restaurants or even traveling solo ... doesn’t matter to me. I’ll do what I want .

I'm married with kids but I'm absolutely an introvert. Being alone is how I recharge.

I had 9 people at my house for the Auburn game and I definitely prefer to scream at the TV alone or with just the wife.

I’m always alone unless I’m at work.

I have a dog, but she doesn’t say much

I used to be really social when I was younger. The older I get the more I prefer to just hang out with my dog. Now that my kids are entering adulthood I am finding myself alone more and more often and it's amazing.

I do like watching games by myself, but after watching with me for 20 years, my wife doesn't chatterbox during, so I'm fine watching with her. Hell, she's the first one to shush other people for talking during the game these days.

My wife is usually pretty tolerable to watch games with.

She's a gump but she's been in Louisiana for 25 years and roots for LSU. She's never been a huge CFB fan. She's screams at the TV during the Saints games though.

My time with others is fun, but my time alone is when I understand more about myself. I do at least a daily hike in the woods

Sounds like mine. She's a UW fan but is way more into the Seahawks. She doesn't really care about the SEC but will pull for Bama if watching with me.

We had season tickets to the Saints when we first got married. I knocked her up though and that kind of ended that for a while

Looks like we're mortal enemies for the next three hours or so.

Here's to a good, injury free, game.

I can watch a game on TV with others as long as they keep the conversation to a minimum.

Yeah man I don't want to see any of these kids get hurt. I hope Nick Saban sprains his ankle running into the locker room at halftime though

Some things are ok doing alone. I went to LSU-OSU in 2008. Sat next to a radio guy from Ohio St. Tickets were too expensive.

Congrats. Obviously didn't go the way I wanted but the best team won.

I've been single most of my life.
It seems to suit me.

I needed a nurse made a couple of times when I've had minor surgeries.
But I took care of myself.

Sometimes I wonder who will take care of me when I'm old.
I don't want to be a burden to my kids
