Just did for the first time last night. Seemed legit. Might try it again.

Fan on a stand on high. Sounds like a prop plane.

. I don't see how some people fall asleep with the TV on.

I used the 3 hour thunderstorms and the 2-3 hour instrumentals for relaxation often while drifting off.

I'm a sucker for one that has animal in it.
Cats purring
Pugs snoring
Lately it is Voyage in the Old West
Has horses taking you somewhere in a stagecoach
That or if I'm high, then I loop Spaceghost Coast to Coast all night through YouTube

I usually fall asleep to “Forensic Files”.
Makes for some interesting dreams on occasion.

I have listened to something for 30 years . No it’s either a podcast or talk radio. I do have a nature sounds podcast. I like a big arse thunderstorm or the beach. I fall asleep reliably within 2 minutes.

I watch TV and if I am really tired I will fall asleep with it on, sometimes I will turn it off before I fall completely asleep.
I can't listen to music or watch sports before going to bed. I get too amped up watching sports and I don't listen to much "down" music, so the music I usually listen to will pump me up.

The woods/ crickets scenarios don’t work for me. Some of the big windstorms can be cool. But there is nothing like a thunderstorm.

Crickets annoy me so do birds. I do however like cats purring and the sound of a fire.
Do you ASMR? I get tingles from the sound of a brush going through hair.

Bloody valentine music!

Rain or ocean usually.
Thunderstorm when I’m away from home and playing on my phone.

Do you AMSR ?
Ummm... I’m not sure how to answer that lol.
Nothing I’d admit to, and certainly nothing to do with Japanese lesbians kissing .

It’s also a big fetish subculture.Especially in Asia. People making sexy time sounds. Because Asian.

I have a Sharper Image sound machine that I use only for the Rain sound. It stays on the whole night. It’s hard for me to go to sleep in complete silence.
