I keep a stack of paper towels at my desk to blow my nose on or sneeze into. Restock from the break room or bathroom as necessary, but I'm not picking it.

This is my technique cause it allows you to save a little snack for later. Don't have to immediately gobble everything down that a lone finger finds.

At my last job some gross mudda sucka was picking bookers and leaving them on the back of the bathroom stall door. Sit down to get get rid of the morning coffee and had to look at wall boogers. But to answer your question, no, I wait till get in my truck and pick my nose at a redlight.
