Yeah, you are correct. Even though I get frustrated about other peoples manners i keep my cool. I’m also raising both of my sons to be respectful of other people.

I always do but I had a woman in California tell me she didn’t need my assistance. I don’t know if it was feminism thing, or thought I was trying to come on to her. My brain could not process her telling me that.

Seriously,I have often had black people hold the door for me also.

Always. Most say thank you. Occasionally, there will be someone who doesn’t acknowledge it but it’s not a big deal

I have always done that. Did it up in New York once for a woman and she asked if I thought she wasn’t capable of opening the door. Yep.

its getting to the point of not wanting to anymore with the rude people not saying thank you. Its probably 70% dont say anything for the nice gesture. redic.
