There are still some restaurants in North Carolina that allow smoking probably due to Tobacco Industry. But it has been a few years since I've been there.

Several patients I have to see smoke in their homes and it’s trashy af.

They don’t smoke while I’m there- but I always end up smelling like an ashtray anyways because you cannot get rid of that smell.

I always schedule those ppl my last stop of the day so I can go straight home to shower.

Reminds me of that time we were at the hunting camp watching an lsu game. Everyone was buzzed on edibles and booze. It was cold and raining outside. One member proceeded to smoke a cigarette on the couch and no one was bothered until the day after when the cup used as an ashtray wreaked.

I don't think I have any friends that smoke cigarettes at all anymore. The ones who smoke anything switched to vaping. Seeing people smoke actual cigarettes seems so much rarer these days, but obviously people still do because every rental car I get smells like shite

My daily work takes me into all kinds of houses—shanties to mansions. Probably about 3 out of 100 are indoor smoke households. Still plenty of smokers out there—they’ve just been moved to the patio or whatever. That smell—walking into a house with active ashtrays—can be overwhelming.

Had to work in the corner of a smoker couple’s master bedroom a few months ago—replacing equipment that had been in place for a decade or so. Everything that I touched had the smoke patina. Husband had cancer but still smoked.

Lived in my grandparents’ former home about 30 years after they quit smoking. You could still catch a whiff of smoke when opening closets or when returning to the house from a trip.

Doesn’t everyone smoke after sex, at least under the covers?
