Yes. Man I work with is 61 years old and is very resistant to technology. Doesn't know how to use the Internet or a computer. Has no idea what google is. You could tell him it's a search engine but he doesn't know what that is either. He doesn't even know how to use a debit card or an atm machine. His wife gives him cash and that's all he deals with.

My mother in law who is 89 and in a assisted living home. For a cel phone we buy her those old Motorola Razor phones off EBay when her phone wears out. We tried a very simple more modern phone and she couldn't or wouldn't use it. Has no idea how the internet works.
