Yeah I was a grease monkey at Woodlawn Exxon back in 96-98 and went on to do PM work for BR Coke until 2004. All my scars are from turning wrenches baw!

My folks used to buy Pepsi in glass bottles that they stored in my dad’s workshop to keep cool on the cement floor.
Had one slip out of my hand, tried to snag it before it hit and the bottle blew up and sliced open the webbing between the thumb & index. Very gross memory of being able to see inside my hand.
Total bitch to heal.
Also had a tour bus door fillet the top of my left index.

I've got two, one on each hand.
A one inch scar over my right hand knuckle from punching some dude who had his mouth open. Cut it on his tooth.
The second is a 3 inch scar over the top of my left hand from surgery. Got 3 screws put in for a broken metacarpal I got playing football.

Dog bite on my left hand inbetween the thumb and pointer finger (mean little rat terrier) and a little 1 inch burn on the back of my right hand.

Chose a Swiss Army knife as a prize for selling a frickton of popcorn in my neighborhood as a Cub Scout. Went back to my seat and not 30 seconds later had closed the biggest blade on my thumb. There was an oh shite pause followed by the squirting blood with solid range. I remember those stitches hurting coming out.

Right Hand:
Carpal Tunnel Surgery scar.
Left hand:
Scar from a blister I got painting on my grandfather's barn.
On top of that one, scar from a puppy who scratched me pretty good.
Scar on index finger from when I was trying to cut a piece of caulk that had gotten stuck on a radio. Knife slipped right off the caulk and dug into my finger. Funny thing was...I was a safety engineer...and it takes 4 safety engineers to cover up a safety violation that spills blood.
Some people have tattoos to tell their life story. I have my scars.

Two major ones from almost losing my left middle finger when I was about 16 months old; sister closed it in a car door and broke the bone and some skin damage.
Right thumb from a fireworks accident.
Left pinky from a run in with a table saw last year.

Just a few months ago, was cutting limbs into pieces with a hand saw without wearing gloves. The saw slipped and caught the back of the hand I was holding the limb with. Seven stitches.

I have 6 scars on my left index finger alone. My right thumb has powder burn from shooting myself with a .22 blank as a kid. About the size of a dime.

Slight back-o-the hand scar from backhanding a broken ceramic pedestal sink I was installing.

I told her I had one other scar of note and she laughed.

Building bongs out of science lab stuff in high school. I was pushing a glass tube through a rubber stopper. Tube broke and went through the middle of my palm. Perfect circle scar is still there.
Wrecked a dirt bike in middle school and crushed my ring finger on my left hand. Top 3rd is still mangled looking 25 years later

Skinned both my knees at Sonic in 2009. I had 12 cheeseburgers, 15 orders of fries, and a Diet Coke on the tray. Hit a nice size rock with my skates and bit the dust. Food went flying everywhere. Took me 5 shifts to pay it off.

I have a 2.5 inch scar and then 1 inch scar under it on one of my hands. Multiple smaller scars as well. Car wreck when I was 14
