What do the letters stand for on the top row?
Last time I went primary residence house hunting, I made an Excel spreadsheet to calculate the best choice.
It had some sorta subjective values but others were specific numbers.
Worked out well. I got a result. Then I took out price and ran it and got a different result (#1 & #2 flip-flopped).
Held out a couple of weeks (it was late 2012) and got the higher priced one to come down.

Yeah I don’t have a list like that but I have a list.
The initial gate is chemistry after that it all depends. The women I’m dating now there was a lot of immediate chemistry when we were on a video call. Enough I’m dating someone from my company which used to be a hard no. She’s in a completely different area than me and outside of a few times a year our paths don’t cross professionally.
After chemistry I look at mental make up and whether that have a career or not.
I’m only dating women who are pretty independent I want someone to share a life with, not build one. Been there, done that, lost half.
They also have to be patient because I’m at least a year of serious dating before I even consider “next steps”. I’m not on some program like a lot of women I’ve dated.
