There are a few people I don't really like... Some people annoy me... But it takes a lot for me to actually hate someone and for me it is a family member.

I sense a hidden question in the OP: Is it ok to hate? I think hate is a guiding force - just like love. Throw intolerance and being judgmental into the mix. These are all useful feelings upon which we make hundreds of decisions every day.
Liberals and other malcontents wanting a free ride on the anarchy train have for years been trying to make you feel bad for exercising these innate feelings to clear their own selfish, narcissistic path and by-pass consequences for their irresponsible, hurtful behavior.
When you understand how many sociopaths are out there, you'll feel better about hate. It's a great motivator to positive outcomes by ridding yourself of the shitty people that you have unwittingly surrounded yourself with.
