I need God, He doesn't need me. So, yes, I go, even when I don't feel like it.

It is better to be fishing and thinking about God than be in church thinking about fishing.

I do not. I've slacked off a lot lately. My crazy work schedule makes it a challenge to go every Sunday, but I really shouldn't keep using that excuse to justify not going.

I need to make it more a priority. Not because going makes me some super Christian or anything....but because I feel more connected to God when I go on a regular basis.

No. Too much soccer to watch on Sunday mornings.

I used to, often by myself, during high school. Then I went to college, with science my primary focus, became more educated, and became an atheist. So no.

Damn right I do. And if I catch neighbors who don't, I wake them up to let them know their shortcomings haven't gone unnoticed.

You obviously never got around to taking a Philosophy of Science course if "science" is all it took to become an atheist.

I'm atheist, so no, but I do miss certain parts of it. We thought about attending a secular church, but decided against it.

so I'm guessing Roman Catholic, if that's the case haven't been in 30yrs. Now, if we're talking non-denomination, I go twice a week, fwiw ....

Much easier to "skip" when no one notices you aren't there.

Never go to church and am happier than I have ever been. My church is hiking in the mountains and enjoying nature. Not some redneck Bible thumper telling me I am going to hell.

nope, but I'm a believer

is it a 501-c3 entity? the church? or do you even know?

I went, not to church, but on not knowing the Scriptures for many many years, til I finally ran into a fantastic teacher, and not a preacher, if you know the difference...

I appreciate a good teaching, but can't stand preaching. And I'm wary of 501-c3 agents...

I hope you are getting something out of it...
