Yes Tigerdroppings has had a negative impact on my life

You’re joking but there are people that have an actual addiction to this place, so much so that they have to ask the admins to freeze their account and literally have to stop posting

They call it “taking a break”

It’s amazing how serious some people take this place.

Lately I’ve been contemplating if I should get rid of it or not. I don’t compare with others, but I definitely notice that it distracts me. What differences have you noticed once you did away with it?

Well, some people definitely share everything but most people just only post the parts that don't suck.

Do I know you Trim? I don't really try to hide who I am. I probably post way too much personal shite but this site is more fun when you participate. I would prefer if people know me that they don't post my real name on here.

There are a handful of posters that know me irl.

Yeah, but I don't know why people act like that's a bad thing. If everyone on social media was posting the bad shite in their lives and how ~stressed~ they are, it would be 100x more annoying.

Even before social media, its not like people hung photos in their house of wounds or deaths or something. People have always taken pictures of the good stuff.

The one thing that does annoy me are the women with "curated" IG pages. They stage photos of really mundane shite like a coffee cup and a book, and they prop it on a marble cutting board to make it look like they have all marble countertops, and then they apply the same pink hue filter on top so their entire IG page is that shade. Vomit.

-I’m not checking my phone every 5 minutes.
-I’m not as stressed about which dumb arse politician did what dumb arse thing.
-I don’t compare my every day life to other people’s highlights.
-I find myself more interested in people while speaking to them person to person.

When I deleted social media, I also told myself that I would try to be more understanding, more open minded, and more kind to people...so I probably can’t give ALL of the credit to the deleting of the apps.

Of course not. I was kidding. I'm too "retarded" to know you, remember?
And I would never out anyone by name.

Oh I definitely remember

I usually try not to be mean to anyone either. Not really my thing on here or irl.

Quite the opposite.

I get a good bit of my news and sports updates from it.

Not to mention the Instagram sluts bring me great happiness.

Sadly, I knew one of the shark life people. We went to elementary/middle school together. He has gold teeth and is covered in tats now. Dude grew up in the country and his dad raised cows

ETA - we went to an all white private school together I should add

It's all the damn negativity that really bothers me. I seriously used to have more faith in people.
