I love this response.
Assuming that person is a productive member of society, works, pays taxes, and doesn’t commit major crimes, Louisiana shouldn’t be so quick to dismiss him or her.
But instead the reaction is to get personally offended and pretend to be happy that they are moving somewhere else.

Sounds really insecure to me telling a Louisiana message board that you are leaving when nobody gives a crap. What do you want a violin player and everyone to beg you to stay. Just leave. Nobody cares. Enjoy your new state and join that state’s message board.

If you actually look at the data there are many other states out there that equal or more residents leaving their home state than Louisiana but those people are probably more secure and are actually happy in their new state vs the “hey look at poor me” and let me explain why I left Louisiana who continue to post on here when nobody even cares.

Yeah...but how many people are moving TO those states from other states?
People from Louisiana leave the state (most to Texas it seems).
People don't move TO Louisiana for the most part.

I believe it will. There’s nowhere to go but up. Given all the natural resources we have, we get fricked by the government. Have to put a stop to that.
