If you r employer provides you with a laptop, cellphone and a company vehicle they can (and probably do) see exactly what you are doing all daylong. I personally do not have a problem with this, because they payment for eight hours per day and I feel that is the deal. Granted, it did piss me off when I found a tracking device on my new company vehicle but I figure that may just come in handy one day because they don’t know that know about it.
