Nope.
My parents made me eat that crap so much when I was young that as an adult I’ve sworn off vegetables. I’ll eat salad and fried okra. That’s it.

My son-in-law is a top gut doctor, and he begs us to stop eating this one vegetable.

Four salads a day on average. About two cups of greens in each salad. I’ll throw in a sweet potato every other day and rhubarb once/twice a week. Green onions twice a week with a potato.

IMO, food stamp recipients should only be allowed items like this.

Why publish a guide, yet not force the ones you are giving the free food to follow the recommendations?

I eat extremely healthy, but I could use more greens in my diet.

Most of what's in that picture is fruit, not veggies.

I eat either a big bowl of fruit, or yogurt and a little fruit, for lunch every day.

When you get older, you have to eat healthier, because you can't exercise as much as you used to.

I find fruit to be good as frick but overrated as frick too. I love vegetables but can't get enough on the reg. I usually only eat one meal a day, so it is hard to eat enough veggies.
