The USDA's Dietary Guidelines recommend adults eat anywhere from 5 to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables per day depending on age, gender, physical activity, and overall health.

Not at all...I would be surprised if I average one serving per day.

I’m so glad potatoes are in vodka because I’ve been getting plenty of servings lately

I drink 1 can of V8 per day so I get at least 2 servings.

70% veg and 30% meat on average. Occasionally, every couple of weeks or so I’ll go pure veg for a day or so because it makes me feel better and I have more energy as a result.

The only reason the USDA says you need that many servings is because Big Vegetable lined their pockets.

This morning I had good intentions to eat only fruits and veggies for breakfast. I did great. Ate a ton of fruits and then had coffee and juice.

Then couldn’t take it any longer and had a plate full of scrambled eggs and sausage. I’m a man - I need grease and protein.

I probably read about 4 Oweo threads every day but that's all I can stomach.
