I drink a shite load of water everyday. Probably close to 2 gallons. But I also drink a lot of beer, so most of the day is spent rehydrating.

I drink about 100 ounces a day. Not sure if that's enough but I cannot drink any more!

I drink water throughout the day, so I know I usually get enough. But I certainly don't buy it as a magic fix-all, especially for appetite and weight loss. I'm still hungry as frick all the time.

And I certainly don't buy this

I drink about 12 oz in the morning when I wake up....then I have 3 cups of coffee(with water)

12 more oz when I get to the office before lunch.....
12 more oz with lunch

Then I'll have a couple of beers in the afternoon, maybe a Vodka and water, then some wine...then another 12-24 oz's during the night.

I stay pretty hydrated but feel I should be drinking more water.

I have a 32 oz cup that I fill up 4 or 5 times per day. It seems like less since you only fill it up a few times. Plus I cannot stand to waste the plastic. A case of waters will last me months since I will refill it all the time, with the occasional washing of it.

There are many doctors who also misinterpret those secondary signs & symptoms of dehydration with other unrelated diseases. Some of the conditions are:

Angina
Breast cancer
Uterine cancer
Leukemia
Irregular menstruation
Diabetes
Kidney stones
Asthma
Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Sinusitis
Obesity
Anemia
Hypertension
Constipation
Colitis
Headaches and migraine
Rheumatoid arthritis
Dyspepsia

Pt: I have this lump in my breast
Doc: Might be breast cancer, but it's probably just dehydration.

Pt: I'm coughing up blood and have fever, chills, etc.
Doc: May be TB, but you should try drinking 5-6 glasses of water as soon as you wake up in the morning before we test you.

I drink about 4 to 5 glasses of water a day. I find it the older I'm getting the harder it is to rehydrate after drinking all night
