Do you drink coffee everyday? Caffeine withdrawal?

I typically have at least a cup of coffee every morning and today is the first day in months that I haven't had any kind of caffeine yet at this point in the day. I feel pretty sick. Been really tired all day, bad headache, and a little nausea. I feel like I'm on an adderall crash.
Is this normal?

If you only drink one cup of coffee and don't consume any other caffeine then you aren't having withdrawals.

I drink 1-2 cups every morning and usually a coke for lunch. If I go day without caffeine, it’s murder.

That is not caffeine withdrawals...doesn't sound like you are drinking enough coffee to have any issues with that to me.

I drink a cup a day and get a horrible withdrawal headache if I don’t have any. I bought some caffeine pills to keep on hand for days I don’t have coffee, to prevent the headache. The pills have the caffeine equivalent of a cup of coffee.

I actually find that I’m more tired on the days I drink coffee.
On days when I’m so busy that I don’t even have a chance to piss, I’m usually in the zone. But then when I get a moment to relax and I drink that first cup, I get sleepy.

I drink 4-6 cups most mornings and have no ill effects on days when I don't drink any. I suspect that your symptoms are related to something besides caffeine withdrawal.

Yes you are having caffeine withdrawal. Either have some caffeine or ride it out with tylenol.

I drink a 1 liter thermos of coffee every day and can go without with no problem.
