Which girls are better looking, ones from the south or north?
Rome and south along with the islands have darker skin, hair and eyes! More aquiline features. North are more Helga and Gretchen looking! Depends on your taste in women.

I'm part Sicilian and I'm white as rice. Of course I'm a euro mutt with French, German, alcacian, scotch Irish and who knows what else.
I say we are white, and the terms WOP and Dago, etc...dont bother me. By brother in law is a darker Italian and hates the term WOP.

I have no idea what this means and if it is a term that shouldn't be used on here I apologize because I am only quoting what I heard someone say.
But a friend of mine's grandpa once said "he is Italian, but not one of those banana d-gos". Not sure what he meant and I left out a letter in the "d" word because I know that can be offensive, but that was the first and only time I ever heard someone use that phrase.
Does anyone know what Italians would be referred to as that?

To this day my dad still refers to grated parmesan cheese as Dago Cheese. My grandfather always called his Italian salad a WOP salad. I didnt know they were offensive terms to certain Italians until my dad "shushed" me one night at Venitia.

It might have been a term used a long time ago. That guy's grandpa actually passed away a few years back. He was in the Korean war.. Just to give an idea of what era we are talking about.. But like I said, it was the one and only time I ever heard it used.
