My teenage son has a core group of friends that have spent a lot of time at my place over the years. I’m sure they’ll be in and out at some point over the next few days. Should we get them a little something?

I don't but my money does since my wife thinks we have to buy Christmas and Easter gifts for everyone's kids. She's a teacher, too, so we have to buy gifts for 20 of her students. EVERY. DAMN. YEAR.

It's out of control. I've lost control of my wife.

Other than the obvious hookers and blow. No, you don't need to get them anything.

Scratch off lotto tickets.

The face they make when they win and can't redeem it...well, it's priceless.

How many are you talking? We usually buy for about 4 of our son's closer friends. Some them have been friends since about 4 years old. They are 17 now.
