Yes. A psychiatrist used hypnosis in one session with me in 1987. He asked my permission and I agreed. I don’t remember anything other than him asking, my agreement, and about 30 mins had passed. We never discussed what he learned in those 30 mins.

Of course it’s real. You ever seen a hypnotist with an ugly wife or girlfriend?

Yes. Hypnotherapy can be used to help people in several powerful ways - overcoming addiction and weight loss are just 2 that come to mind.

Hypnosis is used to help re-train your subconscious mind... change your core belief system. Meaning, you say you believe in certain things or function a certain way, but in reality, you are drawn to certain things or have certain things blocking your own personal success because your subconscious mind has been trained differently.

Hypnotherapy can help unlock your own personal power and many, many other things.

The entire world was hypnotized into believing there was an extra 400 years of history.

I have more belief in hypnosis than I do in Ed Orgeron as a football coach.

I believe in it. Years ago I went to one to quit smoking. Apparently it worked because when I went to my car to leave, I threw two unopened packs out of the window. I never touched a cigarette since that session and I never had the desire to do so. It's been a least thirty years since I quit.

Went to a couple of shows at the funny bone comedy club. The hypnotist would ask for volunteers from the audience. Some could be hypnotized some couldn't. It usually took 3 tries before he had 10 or so people hypnotized. Till this day some of funniest stuff I have ever seen.

One would think that if hypnotism was effective, it would be more widely practiced.
