Do you believe in ghosts?

My mom swore she saw the ghost of her mother about a year after her death. She says a 1930s era car pulled up to her home and her mother got out, floated across the lawn, peered in the window to check in on her grandkids, then melted away.
I never gave this much credence and figured my mother saw what she needed to see in that moment of her life. What does the OT think about the existence of ghosts (or spirits or angels- however you wish to categorize such visible apparitions)? Do you believe in them? If so, have you seen one?

I have family that swears that they've seen goblin/leprechauns not just once, but twice in an area a few miles from our family ranch.
Do I believe? Yes. I believe that a below average height junkie roams the area. But not a real goblin
