I've never once as an atheist said there is absolutely no god. I can't prove that. I choose not to believe in a God for a few reasons:

A) all of the stories that come from Christianity are so corny and ridiculous that harry potter is more believable
B) there is no evidence or factual basis for a god, one could exist but I have yet to see any scientific study or ANYTHING outside of some personal witness (which sorry, your personal story holds no water with me, did you get it on video?)
C) Stop comparing atheism to a religion, it is not a belief system

Please pull your pants up, your bible belt homeschool upbringing is showing

I am literally laughing over here at you thinking you are killing it with that question. Asking to prove an absence instead of an existence. Hilarious.

Do you believe in the existence of unicorns with Al Gore heads and chainsaw hands?

Again my faith is not in question. Trying to understand more about your atheism.

So you now admit you have zero evidence to support your beliefs and you basically have a blind faith.

Why do you belief in atheism so strongly when you have zero evidence to support it? Why do you have faith in it?

Honest question about atheism which probably will not be honestly answered in the next 20 replies.

I don't "believe in atheism."

Why won't you give me one piece of evidence that God exists? Is it because there is none?

I've suffered sleep paralysis multiple times a year my whole life.

Its the most terrifying experience I've ever had and ever expect to have.

Out of all of those times I've only had one experience where I imagined I was moving about the house. And it was exactly as you described pretty much but I never actually left my bed.

Most of the time I just hallucinate some evil "intruder"

where is your evidence that there is no god?
probably the clincher for me was when i realized to believe whole-heartily in the bible, i can't believe in things like dinosaur bones and evolution, as they go against the bible's narrative about how we were created. to me, if you're going to believe in it, you can't pick and choose--you have to believe EVERYTHING. sorry ctiger69, but dinosaur bones are very real, and they were not "put here to test my faith." i can't get behind that.

now on with the demon stories

I'm talking about the actual demon on video, not some person that has schizophrenia. Like the actual demon walking around your house or cooking some eggs or something.

My demon shuts doors at random times. He's tricky that way.

The definition of being an atheist is a person who does not believe god exists. Not sure if you are being 100% serious right now. But wow!

Again, my faith is not the topic. Stay on topic about being an atheist.

So... There is no evidence to support your beliefs.

Then why do you trust your blind faith? I want to know. Anybody?

I get sleep paralysis often. I think I'm somewhere else and I'm not. That has nothing to do with demons though.

Why do atheist belief in something they have zero evidence to support it?

Have I hit the 20 replies yet before somebody honestly tried to answer the question?
