Yes, it would be near statistically impossible for there not to be. It is very likely that there are aliens within our galaxy.

I believe there is other life out there that would be classified as intelligent. Maybe more advanced than us, maybe less so. That being said, I'm not sold on abductions or visitations. I would need tangible evidence that light speed or faster-than-light was possible. A lot of theories, but nothing concrete.

It's pretty naive to think that a solar system and universe that scientists haven't even fully discovered yet is devoid of any other forms of life.

Yes, I think the likelihood that life came into being elsewhere in the universe is almost a given. I think there's no chance any have visited Earth though, space is simply too big.
