Makes me think they're hiding dead bodies somewhere on the property

That's how I am about Mormons. I feel like they dine on humans in a cellar after luring them in with their kindness.

You're that big of a POS that you are worried when ppl are nice to you for no reason?

Well, this is something else. People can't be just genuinely kind?

It's creepy because you know they have ulterior motives.

To be honest, yes they do. Well, I wouldn't say they creep me out, but it makes me wonder what are they hiding.

No one lives a perfect life so when someone is overly friendly to everyone and appears as if everything is always going great I can't help but think "what is their story?". With that said, there are some genuinely good people.. But they are few and far between.

I can't say I am really creeped out, but I am always suspicious that it is just a ploy to get you to come to their church.

You'd rather they kick you in the nuts then spit on you?

This is a good point as well. Its like they want everyone to see "how perfect" it is to be a member of their church and how happy one can be if they become a member.

I agree. Man those guys creep me out.

I visted this church with my wife one Sunday and met a couple of guys before we even sat down they were asking me to meet them for coffee on Monday morning. I told them I'd get back to them.

Next thing I know they tracked my cell number down and put me on this group message asking what time and where I could meet them.

frick that. I ended up just ignoring and blocking them.

Nice guys though. Just too pushy and desperate

No. I know exactly what he's talking about.

I went to Catholic classes after school once a week through our church, and most people were just going and learning like normal people.

But then they had these certain students who were super into religion. I mean SUPER into it. To the point where it was just so fake.

Being WAY too nice to people to the point that it's pushy and they seem like they're on amphetamines or something. Super hyper and overly nice. Almost like a cult. And they had this cult-like psycho smile:

I'm just like what's wrong with these psychos? The power of Christ compels you. Somebody get me an exorcist.

I'm trying to find a new church with overly friendly members that's not cult like if anyone has any recommendations. Current church's members only seem to be friendly on Sunday.

I find that most people who act like that do so because the people look lonely or they want to make sure that people who go to church felt welcome.

I can understand where people get super pushy, but that's never really happened to me.
