Do pharmacists serve any purpose?

They're basically drug dealers and pill counters. They should go the way of the Dodo or the Edsel automobile. Sure back in the day they mixed this compound or that potion but we could make a machine to separate
pills. Hell we could teach a monkey to count pills. They're a profession whose time has come and gone.

Maybe not the ones you see but they definitely serve a purpose in hospitals. They mix chemo amongst other things. Why the pharmacist hate? I get the realtor hate.
