If you only want a hook up, put it in your profile. I tend to use "You know what this is for" and let the weed out the people that think it's free match.com.

Not now, in my opinion.
It used to be free and you could swipe to your heart's content. Now it's a paid app and you have to subscribe to get unlimited swipes. If you don't pay, you get X number of swipes then you have to wait to get more.
