Just found one while cleaning out stuff at my late grandmother's house.

Serial killers probably still use them.

Take a picture with it and the answer to your question will be "yes."

Serial killers and rapists do all of the time. It's a great way to discreetly make the scrapbook.

Polaroids are like the original Snapchat.

They've kind of made a small comeback with the youth set, but the problem is that the film is expensive.

It was a hipster thing for a while but I think that has passed.

They are pretty nice for kids wanting a camera since they are relatively inexpensive compared to digital and they can take a beating and still work.

I don’t know about the classic Polaroid. But we bought my daughter a little toy camera Christmas 2016 that uses a minature version of Polaroid film.
ETA. This is it.

My wife just ordered an app and printer for them. It will probably cost me a fortune.

This one is the good Ole one-step. Also found a Kodak instamatic. The flat camera.

Yep. People still pay good money for the older ones online.

They're actually making a small comeback.

“Hey, check out this new camera my dad gave me. Instead of using my iPhone to take pictures for Instagram, I can use this weird little box from the 90’s and then put the developed pictures in a photo album. No, not a photo album on my iPhone. It’s like what people used to call photo albums during WWI.”
