Well this puts the matter to rest. As if there was any doubt. I hope Boeing sues anyone and everyone who published the aircraft was at fault.

It is possible to cut the fuel. It's extremely unlikely that it was bumped or done by accident. It's a conscious effort and it's designed to be.
And the plane had fuel to get down the runway and off the ground.
