Never have seen an adult drunk at Halloween. I pour a vodka and soda in a styrocup. Drive the Polaris with an icechest for the walkers. If any of the little ones get tired I throw em in w me. We stay out about an hour, go to someone's house and let kids play and eat.

It's a ball, but no drunkenness

Sometimes. I've done it too. Never get sloppy drunk.
That would be incredibly stupid considering parents need to be at least someone stable.

ain't that the truth. I could do Coke and Heroin today and pass a test this week, smoke a joint and I'll fail a test next month. It's bullshite. The claim is hard users don't quit long enough to pass, but that's BS. Plenty of habitual coke heads out there.

weed should be legal. I understand if they have concerns about people operating heavy machinery or something but for office jobs weed shouldn't be a fireable offense

Some in my neighborhood do. That said, I live in the "hipster" part of town and I debate whether a lot of the parents are fit to have children. They spend a small fortune on their latest tattoo or maintaining their '60 Chevrolet truck that never runs all while sending little Sally Sue and Johnny off to subpar public schools.

As for me, I enjoy a few good beers, but I cannot get "sloppy drunk" and moderately function at work the next day.

I think me and my wife were the only parents without an alcoholic beverage.

last night i was the sloppy drunk.

what's even more sad is that we were walking with about 8 parents and 12 kids and then they stopped to talk to somebody that passed by and i looked up and it was just me, my rambler of beer, and 12 kids for about 30 minutes.

only one injury so i feel like it was a pretty successful night.
