Trashy. It's not something that will be a deal breaker, but it certainly is a negative, imo. Some girls are hot enough to pull it off, but they are no hotter with it than they would be without it.

Former Gf when I was in HS has this combo now
Had known her for years before she actually got the piercings. Didn’t even have her ears pierced before then. Now she’s got multiple tattoos, starting smoking cigarettes, and can’t stop smoking pot now.
So those nose piercings made her into a dirty hippy IMO. Trashy AF.
