Do mens’ nuts just get bigger as they age?

Or is it the skinny jean craze catching up with age?
I think it’s a combo of both - I find myself readjusting more as I’ve gotten older, though usually it’s when I’m wearing jeans on level of womens’ panties.

Its the style of jeans baw. I had baggy jeans 5 years ago. Now I might as well be wearing briefs bc my balls are high and tight from the jeans
