In the medical field it's a little different. We make the interns do all the hard work while we get the coffee

In audit. Whenever we have to send out hundreds of confirmations, we get the brand new interns to lick all the envelopes to send them. At the end of the stack someone would walk up and let them know we had a machine to do that. Got those frickers good!

Watched as a friend and co-intern of mine was given a coffee order on his first day. It was so sureally cliche that I couldn't believe I was witnessing it.

Public accounting is a definite yes. I did it as an intern and we had interns do it for us. I've also had partners offer and bring my team coffees after they made us stay past 2am before so it goes both ways I suppose.

They hopefully speak in complete sentences instead of gibberish. I'm 10 beers and 5 shots of fireball into the day. You should feel embarrassed that I'm calling you out.
As to the topic. We get our own coffee at the office. Someone makes it every morning, then whoever uses the last of it replenishes it as the day goes on.
